To get to MattHEW 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations…” we have to get through Matthew 24:7 “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.”

The words of the verse and its address in Scripture both happen to envision 24:7 crisis where 24/7 crisis and disasters are happening that open doors to people and places, hearts and homes, and cultures and countries.The M24:7 Invitation

What if we looked at the map as places of not just the darkest moments but God in Crisis! To get to a point where, like in the movies, generals are standing around a map and moving the pieces to conquer the war...we saw the same thing in the map of crisis & disaster, catalyzing neighboring people near and far to respond to physical, emotional, spiritual needs & see leaders, disciples, churches, sustainable solutions multiply!

 

What if we saw God in Crisis?

Let’s pray until we see Matthew 24:7 lead to Matthew 24:14. 24:7 to 24:14. 

Practical Next Steps

  • Make this map a part of your daily prayer time

  • Pray as a small group over this map every week

  • Share with your church to be praying in a regular rhythm

  • Reach out to people near crisis/disaster places to pray for them, encourage, strengthen.

  • Prepare for common crisis/disasters where you live, both practically & the vision of God in Crisis 

  • Get trained to respond physically (immediate needs, then multiplying sustainable solutions, business), emotionally (trauma-healing), and spiritually (multiplying disciples, churches)
